In light of the current high volume of requests for in-person appointments, we strongly encourage residents and business owners to email [email protected] to file a claim without visiting the Community Assistance Center. More information is available here.

Community members can continue to check for appointment availability here. At this time, we are not able to accommodate walk-in appointments.

BioLab’s Community Assistance Center is located at 927 N Main St NW, Conyers, GA. The center is open 6 days a week, Monday-Friday from 10AM-6PM (ET) and Saturday from 9AM-3PM (ET).

Individuals working at the Community Assistance Center work on behalf of BioLab and its parent company KIK.

Schedule an appointment at the Community Assistance Center. In order for us to assist you, when you come to the Center, you must bring a letter signed by your attorney that authorizes BioLab representatives to communicate with you for purposes of providing financial assistance through its community-assistance programs. In the event you receive such assistance, you must inform your attorney of the assistance you receive. If you do not bring a letter signed by your attorney authorizing communications, we will be unable to assist you.

If you do not wish, or are unable, to make an in-person appointment at the Center or otherwise wish to have BioLab contact your attorney regarding your request for financial assistance, please provide your attorney’s contact details so we can contact your attorney.

Please be aware that if you come to your appointment without a letter of authorization from your attorney, we will unfortunately be unable to assist you.

There is no specific language needed in the letter authorizing communications. However, the letter must say (i) that the attorney represents the claimant with respect to the fire and (ii) that the attorney allows us to communicate with their client to process their claim through the community-assistance programs. The letter must be signed by the attorney.

Without a letter from your attorney authorizing us to communicate with you directly, all contact must go through our attorneys.
