BioLab cares deeply about the community of which we are a part, and we are proud that hundreds of our team members call this community home. Our team and leadership have been on-the-ground supporting the response and remediation efforts, and we will be here to support the community as long as necessary.
Being There 24/7 to Process Claims & Respond to Questions
Our dedicated call center assists with evaluating and processing reimbursement requests, as well as answering general questions. Area residents and business owners can speak with a live representative, 24 hours per day, 7 days per week by calling (678) 301-2359.
In light of the current high volume of claims being processed, we encourage residents and business owners to submit reimbursement requests by email to: [email protected].
Emails should contain the following information:
- Name
- Address
- Phone number
- Items being claimed/amount of each claimed item
- Attach copies of receipts or other supporting documentation
Residents who submit reimbursement requests by email will be contacted by an adjuster by phone to further discuss their claim.

Providing In-Person Community Assistance
Our local Community Assistance Center provides a central in-person location where area residents and business owners can directly access information and resources coordinated by BioLab.
In light of the current high volume of requests for in-person appointments, we are unfortunately not able to accommodate walk-in appointments at this time. Community members can continue to check for appointment availability here. To submit a reimbursement request quickly, please refer to the email submission instructions above.
If you have an appointment and are coming to the Center to file a claim, we ask that you first call (678) 301-2359 to establish your claim with a representative. When you come to the Center, please bring with you (1) a copy of your confirmation email, (2) your government-issued ID and (3) any relevant documentation and receipts. Your claim will be reviewed further during your appointment.

Understanding the Needs of Our Community
Our Community Liaison – who is a highly experienced BioLab employee and resident of Conyers – serves as a key point of contact for direct engagement within the community. He is on the ground engaging with residents and local businesses to answer questions and understand how BioLab can best support our community. He has access to resources provided by BioLab and our full support.

Offering Debris Clean-Up
Our debris removal service was made available to community members who wish to have fire debris cleared from their private property. Over the course of four weeks, this service removed debris from more than 130 properties, in addition to clearing debris carried off-site by the wind from public areas and roads. With all requests having been successfully completed, BioLab’s debris removal service concluded on November 1, 2024.
Supporting Local Organizations
We have made donations to local organizations to support their own efforts to assist area residents, partnered with organizations to provide food to children during remote learning, and are connecting with additional agencies to establish further partnerships.
